The house is located in a quiet location on a hill about 5 km from the coast in a nature reserve. The nearly 3-hectare property is fenced and has a private driveway. The next a neighbor is about 100 m distance, so you will find your absolute peace.

The directly surrounding beautiful area invites also for walks or excursions. The many beaches are reachable in few minutes. A boat trip to the islands in Fuzeta possible or you can lie by the pool and enjoy the fantastic panorama and sea view.

Shops are located three kilometers away in Moncarapacho. The Algarve offers many small bars, markets and good fish restaurants. A golf course is located only a few minutes from the house.
